600,000 Ventolin Inhalers Recalled in the US

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) recently began reporting approximately 600,000 units after an alarming amount of units were out of specification for leak rate. However, these units is only on a wholesaler level, so current Ventolin users will not be affected. The malfunctioning units were manufactured in North Carolina.
